What is your delivery time?
Typically, if the item is in stock, delivery takes 5–10 days; if it’s out of stock, delivery takes 30–45 days, depending on the order quantity.
Do you provide samples? Are they free or do they come at an additional cost?
Yes, we can provide one free sample of stainless steel hose or wire rope sling, but we do not cover the shipping costs. Metal pallet samples are not provided free of charge.
What are your payment terms?
For payments up to USD 10,000, 100% T/T in advance is required.
For payments exceeding USD 10,000, a 30% T/T deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable prior to shipment.
We accept T/T and L/C.
