Inner rubber layer: With a thickness ranging from 10 mm to 25 mm, this is the core layer that directly contacts media such as drilling mud and wastewater. It exhibits excellent wear resistance and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, ensuring a long service life when conveying media containing hard particles like sand and gravel.  
Reinforcement layer: Typically constructed by braiding or winding high-strength cord, steel wire, or synthetic fibers, it serves as the critical structural component that withstands pressure, ensuring that the hose neither deforms nor ruptures under positive-pressure conveying or negative-pressure suction conditions.  
Outer rubber layer: Made of wear‑resistant, aging‑resistant rubber, it withstands outdoor exposure to sunlight and rain as well as mechanical abrasion, protecting the hose’s core structure and extending its overall service life.  
Flanged joints: Both ends of the hose are fitted with steel flanges, with outer diameters ranging from 320 mm to 1090 mm and wall thicknesses from 12 mm to 32 mm. These flanges are rigidly connected via 8 to 32 bolt holes, each with a diameter of 23 mm to 30 mm. This design ensures tight sealing and structural stability, enabling the system to handle high‑flow, high‑pressure fluid transport.

After production is completed, we will test each hose, including its working pressure and burst pressure, and conduct pulse tests for each order to ensure 100% qualification of the factory-finished products.

Product packaging and transportation

I. Order Confirmation  

After the order is placed, the customer service and the business team will immediately verify the product specifications, quantity, delivery date, and special requirements.   
After production is completed, a full inspection will be conducted to ensure that the size, performance, and appearance meet the standards. Only after passing the inspection can it proceed to the packaging stage.  

II. Professional Packaging  

According to the customer's requirements, the hydraulic hoses will be packed in cardboard boxes or wooden boxes.   
After the hoses are produced, we will pack them.   
Usually, woven bags and plastic films are used for packaging.   
Special packaging can be provided according to the customer's requirements. Special packaging is the requirement of the Edible ACC Ording customers.  

III. Loading and Transportation 

The professional loading and unloading team will operate in a standardized manner, load and unload gently, and stack reasonably to ensure the stability of the goods.   
Support domestic full truckload/less-than-truckload logistics, international sea freight, air freight, express delivery and designated freight forwarder transportation.   
The entire process is securely fixed to avoid squeezing, collision, and tipping, suitable for long-distance transportation.

IV. Tracking & Delivery - Goods Tracking and Delivery

After shipment, provide the full set of documents including the logistics tracking number / bill of lading / packing list, invoice, etc.   
Real-time follow-up of the logistics status, timely synchronization with the customer to ensure safe and punctual delivery.   
Support various trade terms such as FOB, CIF, CFR, etc., and provide a worry-free connection throughout the process.  

V. Payment Method:  

Order ≤ $10,000: 100% wire transfer for advance payment   
Order > $10,000: 30% wire transfer for advance payment, and settle the balance payment before shipment   
Support wire transfer (T/T) and letter of credit (L/C)
