EN 857 1SC steel‑wire‑reinforced hydraulic hoses are specialized hydraulic transmission hoses that comply with international standards. With their outstanding flexibility, pressure resistance, and weatherability, they are widely compatible with various hydraulic systems and machinery, serving as a core component for hydraulic power transmission in industries such as manufacturing, construction, and agriculture.  
Core Structure and Material   
This hose features a three-layer composite structure, with each layer performing a distinct function and complementing the others to ensure optimal overall performance:  
1. Inner Tube: Made of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, the core is compatible with petroleum-based fluids, water, oils, lubricants, and other media, while offering excellent wear and corrosion resistance to ensure stable fluid conveyance and long-lasting durability of the pipe’s inner wall.  
2. Reinforcement Layer: Composed of a single layer of high-strength braided steel wire, this layer leverages the wire’s exceptional tensile strength to enable the hose to withstand high-pressure conditions, thereby meeting the pressure‑transmission requirements of hydraulic systems.  
3. Outer Cover: Made from a synthetic rubber that is oil‑resistant, abrasion‑resistant, corrosion‑resistant, weather‑resistant, and aging‑resistant, it effectively protects the internal structure from external environmental degradation, thereby extending the service life of the hose.

Application: Hoses for petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, with a working temperature range of -40°C to +100°C.

Product packaging and transportation

I. Order Confirmation  

After the order is placed, the customer service and the business team will immediately verify the product specifications, quantity, delivery date, and special requirements.   
After production is completed, a full inspection will be conducted to ensure that the size, performance, and appearance meet the standards. Only after passing the inspection can it proceed to the packaging stage.  

II. Professional Packaging  

According to the customer's requirements, the hydraulic hoses will be packed in cardboard boxes or wooden boxes.   
After the hoses are produced, we will pack them.   
Usually, woven bags and plastic films are used for packaging.   
Special packaging can be provided according to the customer's requirements. Special packaging is the requirement of the Edible ACC Ording customers.  

III. Loading and Transportation 

The professional loading and unloading team will operate in a standardized manner, load and unload gently, and stack reasonably to ensure the stability of the goods.   
Support domestic full truckload/less-than-truckload logistics, international sea freight, air freight, express delivery and designated freight forwarder transportation.   
The entire process is securely fixed to avoid squeezing， collision， and tipping， suitable for long-distance transportation.

IV. Tracking & Delivery - Goods Tracking and Delivery

After shipment, provide the full set of documents including the logistics tracking number / bill of lading / packing list, invoice, etc.   
Real-time follow-up of the logistics status, timely synchronization with the customer to ensure safe and punctual delivery.   
Support various trade terms such as FOB, CIF, CFR, etc., and provide a worry-free connection throughout the process.  

V. Payment Method:  

Order ≤ $10,000: 100% wire transfer for advance payment   
Order > $10,000: 30% wire transfer for advance payment, and settle the balance payment before shipment   
Support wire transfer (T/T) and letter of credit (L/C)
