SAE 100R5 fiber‑braided hydraulic hose, featuring a high‑strength steel wire braid reinforcement layer and a textile braided protective jacket, balances durability with practicality.
This hose is suitable for medium-pressure hydraulic systems, capable of conveying petroleum-based oils, lubricants, and overheated lubricants. It can also be used in water and air lines and is widely employed in heavy-duty commercial vehicles for air brakes, power steering, fuel filters, turbochargers, and hydraulic cylinders, among other related applications.
The hose features a three-layer structure—comprising a tube body, a reinforcement layer, and an outer jacket—where each component works in concert to balance durability with flexibility.
1. Tubing: Made of black synthetic rubber, it offers excellent oil and heat resistance, ensuring reliable conveyance of various compatible fluids and safeguarding transmission safety.
2. Reinforcement Layer: Composed of a single high-strength steel wire braid, this layer significantly enhances the hose’s structural strength and effectively withstands pressure surges under medium-pressure operating conditions.
3. Outer Cover: Made of braided fiber material, it provides the hose with excellent weather resistance and ozone resistance, while also offering mildew resistance and oil resistance, enabling it to perform reliably in a variety of demanding environments and extending its service life.
Application: Suitable for hoses used with petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, operating within a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C.

Laboratory
Our factory has introduced a complete set of laboratory testing equipment. We possess advanced laboratory capabilities and can conduct product quality inspections and research and development work to ensure stable and excellent product quality.
After purchasing raw materials, we will test each batch to ensure it meets the technical requirements of our products.
After production is completed, we will test each hose, including its working pressure and burst pressure, and conduct pulse tests for each order to ensure 100% qualification of the factory-finished products.

Product packaging and transportation
I. Order Confirmation
After the order is placed, the customer service and the business team will immediately verify the product specifications, quantity, delivery date, and special requirements. After production is completed, a full inspection will be conducted to ensure that the size, performance, and appearance meet the standards. Only after passing the inspection can it proceed to the packaging stage.
II. Professional Packaging
According to the customer's requirements, the hydraulic hoses will be packed in cardboard boxes or wooden boxes. After the hoses are produced, we will pack them. Usually, woven bags and plastic films are used for packaging. Special packaging can be provided according to the customer's requirements. Special packaging is the requirement of the Edible ACC Ording customers.
III. Loading and Transportation
The professional loading and unloading team will operate in a standardized manner, load and unload gently, and stack reasonably to ensure the stability of the goods. Support domestic full truckload/less-than-truckload logistics, international sea freight, air freight, express delivery and designated freight forwarder transportation. The entire process is securely fixed to avoid squeezing， collision， and tipping， suitable for long-distance transportation.
IV. Tracking & Delivery - Goods Tracking and Delivery
After shipment, provide the full set of documents including the logistics tracking number / bill of lading / packing list, invoice, etc. Real-time follow-up of the logistics status, timely synchronization with the customer to ensure safe and punctual delivery. Support various trade terms such as FOB, CIF, CFR, etc., and provide a worry-free connection throughout the process.
V. Payment Method:
Order ≤ $10,000: 100% wire transfer for advance payment Order > $10,000: 30% wire transfer for advance payment, and settle the balance payment before shipment Support wire transfer (T/T) and letter of credit (L/C)
