This R2 hose is suitable for general industrial hydraulic applications, capable of conveying petroleum‑based and water‑based fluids. Its synthetic rubber inner tube, encased in a double‑layer steel wire braid, delivers performance that meets or exceeds the SAE 100R2AT standard.
We offer bulk supply of R2 hoses and also provide custom‑made components, with each item clearly marked with its inner diameter, length, and specifications. For hose crimping applications, we can supply matching R2 hose fittings, enabling one‑stop procurement that is both more convenient and highly compatible.
Structure: The hose consists primarily of a liquid‑resistant synthetic rubber inner liner, an intermediate rubber layer, two layers of steel wire braiding, and a weather‑resistant synthetic rubber outer cover. The inner liner withstands the pressure of the conveyed medium and protects the steel wires from corrosion, while the outer cover, made of oil‑ and weather‑resistant synthetic rubber, safeguards the steel wires from damage. The steel wire reinforcement serves as the structural backbone, providing strength and durability.
Applications: Suitable for hoses used with petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, operating within the following temperature ranges: oils –40°C to 100°C; air –30°C to 50°C; and water‑based emulsions below +80°C.

Laboratory
Our factory has introduced a complete set of laboratory testing equipment. We possess advanced laboratory capabilities and can conduct product quality inspections and research and development work to ensure stable and excellent product quality.
After purchasing raw materials, we will test each batch to ensure it meets the technical requirements of our products.
After production is completed, we will test each hose, including its working pressure and burst pressure, and conduct pulse tests for each order to ensure 100% qualification of the factory-finished products.
We strive to provide customers with top-quality hoses and do everything possible to ensure their quality.
Product packaging and transportation
I. Order Confirmation
After the order is placed, the customer service and the business team will immediately verify the product specifications, quantity, delivery date, and special requirements. After production is completed, a full inspection will be conducted to ensure that the size, performance, and appearance meet the standards. Only after passing the inspection can it proceed to the packaging stage.
II. Professional Packaging
According to the customer's requirements, the hydraulic hoses will be packed in cardboard boxes or wooden boxes. After the hoses are produced, we will pack them. Usually, woven bags and plastic films are used for packaging. Special packaging can be provided according to the customer's requirements. Special packaging is the requirement of the Edible ACC Ording customers.
III. Loading and Transportation
The professional loading and unloading team will operate in a standardized manner, load and unload gently, and stack reasonably to ensure the stability of the goods. Support domestic full truckload/less-than-truckload logistics, international sea freight, air freight, express delivery and designated freight forwarder transportation. The entire process is securely fixed to avoid squeezing， collision， and tipping， suitable for long-distance transportation.
IV. Tracking & Delivery - Goods Tracking and Delivery
After shipment, provide the full set of documents including the logistics tracking number / bill of lading / packing list, invoice, etc. Real-time follow-up of the logistics status, timely synchronization with the customer to ensure safe and punctual delivery. Support various trade terms such as FOB, CIF, CFR, etc., and provide a worry-free connection throughout the process.
V. Payment Method:
Order ≤ $10,000: 100% wire transfer for advance payment Order > $10,000: 30% wire transfer for advance payment, and settle the balance payment before shipment Support wire transfer (T/T) and letter of credit (L/C)
