  1. High-pressure steel-wire-reinforced rubber hose

  Its structure consists primarily of an inner rubber layer, a middle rubber layer, a steel‑wire reinforcement layer wound in alternating layers of four or more plies, and an outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer serves to withstand the pressure of the conveyed medium and to protect the steel wires from corrosion. The outer rubber layer safeguards the steel wires against damage, while the steel wire reinforcement layer (with wire diameters ranging from 0.3 to 2.0 mm) forms the reinforcing skeleton. The operating temperature range for high‑pressure steel‑wire‑reinforced hoses is –40°C to 120°C, and the product specifications span from DN6 mm to DN305 mm.

  2. High-pressure steel wire braided rubber hose

  The structure consists primarily of a liquid‑resistant synthetic rubber inner liner, an intermediate rubber layer, steel‑wire braided layers I, II, and III, and a weather‑resistant synthetic rubber outer liner. The operating temperature range for high‑pressure steel‑wire‑braided hoses is: oil—40°C to 100°C; air—30°C to 50°C; water–emulsions—below 80°C. Size range: DN5 mm to DN102 mm.

  In addition to reliable product quality, selecting the appropriate high-pressure hose based on your specific application is equally important. General usage requirements are as follows:

  1. Select the number of wire layers in the hose based on the system pressure; the higher the pressure, the greater the number of wire layers. Each hose has a maximum working pressure, and its burst pressure is four times that maximum working pressure. Therefore, when choosing a hose, ensure its maximum working pressure exceeds the actual operating pressure.

  2. Select based on traffic volume

  If the pipe diameter is too small, it will increase the flow rate of the medium inside the pipe, leading to system heating and reduced efficiency, as well as excessive pressure drop, which in turn can adversely affect the overall system performance. When securing hoses with hose clamps or routing them through steel plates or other gaskets, care should also be taken to consider the hose’s outer diameter.
